Harmon grew up in Idaho and attended Lakeland High School. After graduation, he completed his studies at Northwest Lineman College and entered the construction trades. Over the next five years, he built two successful businesses—a cable subcontracting company and a tile installation business.

He married his high school sweetheart, Gentrie, and together they have two young sons. Outside of work, Harmon enjoys hunting, fishing, traveling, and spending time with his family.

Today, Harmon serves as an Associate Estate Planner with Retirement Fundamentals, working alongside a nationwide team of professionals to assist those in or nearing retirement.
