Hector is a bilingual business professional from Chile who now calls Oregon home. His career has taken him through a wide range of industries and experiences, but one thing has remained consistent: Working with people; Learning their stories, understanding their goals, and helping them find a path forward.

Hector holds a degree in Commercial Engineering from Chile, with a U.S. validation as equivalent to a Bachelor’s degree and MBA. With a strong foundation in business, management, finance, marketing, and operations, his professional experience includes financial

services, government operations, construction, entrepreneurship, business consulting, marketing and sales.

Throughout his career, Hector has found himself in roles where communication and trust matter just as much as technical knowledge. He has managed operations, worked with homeowners and business owners, helped customers make purchasing decisions, and built relationships with people from different backgrounds. Experiences that shaped his belief that good communication starts with listening.

Hector is curious and enjoys learning about how things work. Whether he is discussing business strategies, helping someone understand a complicated process, working on a construction project, or sitting down with someone to talk about their future, he tries to approach each conversation with patience, honesty, and genuine interest.

Coming from a close family in Chile, Hector developed an appreciation for the importance of family, hard work, and planning for the future, and moving from his country gave him a firsthand understanding of the challenges and opportunities that come with building a new life.

Fluent in English and Spanish, Hector enjoys connecting with people and making conversations approachable and comfortable. Outside of work, he is an entrepreneur, enjoys construction, stays active, makes music, and values spending time with family and friends.
