I have a wide range of interests, but a common thread connects many of them: I enjoy learning how things work and how that knowledge can improve everyday life. Health and longevity, finance, economics, technology, and the outdoors are all subjects I naturally gravitate toward. Earlier in my career, I worked as a health coach, an experience that shaped how I think about healthy living and long-term wellness. I remain interested in the science of aging, preventive health, and the habits that can help people maintain their energy, independence, and quality of life over time. I also follow financial markets and the broader economy, particularly stocks, interest rates, housing, and global economic trends. I find it fascinating how decisions made by governments, businesses, and central banks can influence the opportunities and financial choices of everyday families.

Professionally, I work in the technology industry and have a strong interest in artificial intelligence and emerging technologies. I’m especially interested in how AI is changing the way we work, communicate, learn, and solve problems, as well as what those changes might mean for the future. Family is an important part of my life. I met my wife in San Diego, where we later welcomed our beautiful daughter. After building a life there, we eventually made our way back home to Washington to be closer to family and enjoy everything the Pacific Northwest has to offer. And there’s something special about raising our daughter near family.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my wife and daughter, getting outdoors, and exploring new interests together. More recently, I’ve become interested in horses and horsemanship, from riding and horse care to understanding what responsible ownership involves. It’s another area where I enjoy learning, gaining practical knowledge, and looking ahead to new experiences with my family.
