Before joining Retirement Fundamentals, Tanya spent over a decade advocating for individuals with developmental disabilities and special needs, with a background in human services and education. She holds a B.S. in Behavioral Science from Bellevue University and an A.A.S. in Human Services from Central Community College.

A Nebraska native, Tanya is known for her compassion, patience, and dedication to personalized care. Outside of work, she has served in leadership roles in youth sports, scouting, and church programs. She brings the same commitment to supporting her clients and their families.
